Affiliate & Promotions

The Polaris Research affiliate program allows approved partners to earn commission on orders placed with their personal discount code. Participation is a privilege, not a right, and is contingent on compliance with this policy and our Research-Use Policy.

Affiliates may promote their discount code using:

• Links to specific product pages, collections, or the catalogue.
• General descriptions of Polaris Research as a batch-verified, Australia-based research supplier.
• Mentions of free express shipping, COA verification, and product documentation.
• Pre-approved copy provided by Polaris Research.

Affiliates must not:

• Make therapeutic, medical, or health claims about any product.
• Recommend dosing, protocols, injection, reconstitution for use, or administration methods.
• Describe weight-loss, anti-ageing, recovery, performance, cosmetic, or cognitive outcomes.
• Use before/after photos, transformation stories, or testimonials that imply human use.
• Represent products as medicines, supplements, or approved therapeutic goods.
• Target audiences seeking human-use guidance or personal treatment.
• Use paid advertising that breaches ad-platform policies or Australian therapeutic goods advertising law.

Affiliates may not use their own discount code for their own purchases. Self-referral orders are detected and voided. Affiliates shop at standard prices like any customer.

Polaris Research monitors affiliate content for compliance. If prohibited content is identified:

1. First breach: the affiliate is notified and asked to remove or correct the content.
2. Second breach: the affiliate code is suspended pending review.
3. Serious or repeated breach: the affiliate account is terminated and pending commission forfeited.

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately where the content creates legal or regulatory risk for Polaris Research.

Commission is calculated as a percentage of profit after discount, product cost, and express fulfilment — not the order total. Commission accrues when payment clears and unlocks (becomes payout-eligible) seven days after the order is delivered. Payouts are via Osko/PayID with a minimum threshold of $50 AUD.

Commission on cancelled, refunded, or lapsed orders is clawed back. Full terms are confirmed at onboarding.

Standalone promotional discount codes (non-affiliate) are issued at Polaris Research’s discretion and are subject to the same advertising rules. Codes must not be promoted alongside prohibited content as defined in section 3.
