Every order includes free Australia Post Express shipping Australia-wide. We dispatch within 48 hours of confirmed payment, with most orders leaving within 24 hours. Express delivery is typically 1-3 business days after dispatch, and every parcel includes tracking.
Each vial carries a batch number on the label. Enter it on our Verify batch page to view the independent quality certificate. Retatrutide batches include Janoshik verification - you can also confirm results directly on janoshik.com with your unique key.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) vials should be refrigerated sealed at 2–8°C until you are ready to prepare. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, aliquot and freeze at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Full preparation and storage guidance ships with every order.
Most injectable peptides require bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. We stock sterile 3 mL and 10 mL vials - sensible add-ons for any peptide order. Nasal spray preparations arrive ready to use.
Every batch is tested by a third-party laboratory before dispatch - not by Polaris Research. You receive batch-specific documentation showing purity, identity, and measured content. If a vial genuinely does not match its certificate, we arrange a replacement.
Due to regulatory requirements around the nature of our products, we are unable to use mainstream card processors or third-party payment platforms such as Stripe or PayPal. Osko / PayID is the ideal alternative: it's instant, fee-free, and transfers go directly from your bank account to ours without passing through any intermediary. Your payment is matched to your order within hours by our team, and you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's verified. Our PayID is a business-linked email address tied to our NAB account, so you can see the account name before you send. It's a trusted part of Australia's New Payments Platform and used daily by millions of Australians. There's no card data stored anywhere, and no third-party ever touches your funds. We are actively working to add more payment options as we navigate processor and regulatory requirements; PayPal, Afterpay and credit/debit card payments are coming soon once processor access is approved.
Due to the nature of these products and regulatory requirements, we operate a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy - orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind once dispatched. This does not affect your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product has a genuine quality or COA discrepancy, contact us and we'll arrange a remedy as required by law.
