Every order includes free Australia Post Express Delivery, Australia-wide, with no shipping fees on any order. We dispatch within 2 business days of confirmed payment, with most orders leaving within 24 hours (weekends excluded). Express Delivery is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch, and every parcel includes tracking. Peptides are packed to minimise heat exposure in transit.

Checkout offers three payment paths. Stripe's secure payment page carries the buy now pay later options, Afterpay, Zip and Klarna, alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal is the second. Both confirm the moment payment succeeds. The third is fee-free PayID / Osko bank transfer, which reserves your order for 24 hours while you transfer from your banking app using the unique PD- order reference, include it exactly so we can match your payment.

Payments Accepted

Yes. Afterpay, Zip and Klarna are all offered on Stripe's secure payment page, alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Choose the Afterpay, Card & Apple Pay option at checkout, then pick your provider on the payment page, where the plan is shown and approved before your order is confirmed. We add no surcharge for paying in instalments, so the price is identical to paying in full, and your order ships on the normal schedule rather than waiting for the instalments to finish. Approval and the amount available to you are the provider's decision, and their current terms are shown before you approve. Which options appear can vary with the order amount, because the payment page decides what to offer.

Payments Accepted

Due to the nature of these products and regulatory requirements, we operate a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind once dispatched. This does not affect your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product has a genuine quality or COA discrepancy, contact us and we'll arrange a remedy as required by law.

Each vial carries a batch number on the label. Enter it on our batch verification page to view the independent quality certificate tied to your vial, not a generic product-level document. Applicable batches include independent Janoshik verification; you can also confirm results directly on janoshik.com with your unique key.

Every batch is tested by a third-party ISO-17025 laboratory before dispatch, not by Polaris Research. You receive batch-specific documentation showing HPLC purity, mass-spectrometry identity, endotoxin (LAL), and water content where applicable. If a vial genuinely does not match its certificate, we arrange a replacement.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) vials should be refrigerated sealed at 2–8°C until you are ready to prepare. Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water, aliquot and freeze at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Full preparation and storage guidance ships with every order.

Most injectable peptides require Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution. We stock sterile 3 mL and 10 mL vials, sensible add-ons for any peptide order. Nasal spray preparations arrive ready to use.

You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract. Our catalogue is sold exclusively for lawful laboratory and research use, not for human or animal consumption, medical use, or therapeutic applications. First-time checkout includes a one-time research-use acknowledgement; returning customers who have already accepted do not need to confirm again.

Yes. On any out-of-stock product page, enter your email in the back-in-stock form. We email you once when that SKU is available again, no marketing unless you have separately joined the newsletter.

We email you a one-time code, no password to remember. Sign in at Your Account to view order history, cancel unpaid orders within the 24-hour payment window, and retrieve PayID transfer details. Checkout can verify your email the same way before you place an order.
