Paying in instalments, without the guesswork
Research budgets rarely arrive in one piece. A protocol that runs over several months, a comparison that needs two compounds side by side, or a first order where you would rather not commit the whole amount at once: all of it is easier when the cost can be spread out. That is the entire reason instalment payment exists at our checkout.
Most Australian research suppliers still ask for a bank transfer and nothing else. That works, but it puts the full amount on your card or in your account on day one, and it gives you no way to stage the spend. We kept fee-free PayID for the people who prefer it, and added the instalment providers alongside it rather than instead of it.
What that looks like in practice: the same catalogue, the same price, the same Free Express Delivery, and the same dispatch schedule. The only thing that changes is when the money leaves your account, and that part is arranged between you and the provider on their own page.

You can change your mind at any point before approving. Your order is held for 24 hours from the moment you place it, so the stock stays reserved while you decide, and nothing is charged until a payment actually succeeds.
What you get either way
Every order ships with free Australia Post Express Delivery, Australia-wide, with tracking and no minimum spend. Orders dispatch within 2 business days of confirmed payment and most leave within 24 hours, weekends excluded. Express delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Every batch is independently third-party tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry at an accredited laboratory, and the certificate ships with your order. You can check it yourself against the batch number on the vial label using our batch verification page, before or after it arrives.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. There is no instalment surcharge, no card fee, and no handling charge added on top of the total at any stage.
Common questions
Afterpay, Zip and Klarna are all offered on Stripe's secure payment page. You reach them by choosing the Afterpay, Card & Apple Pay option at checkout, then selecting your provider on the payment page itself. Which options appear can vary with the order amount, because the payment page decides what to offer for each order.
Not with us. We add no surcharge for paying in instalments, so the price is identical to paying in full by card or bank transfer, and delivery stays free either way. The agreement for the instalments themselves is between you and the provider, and their current terms are shown for you to approve before your order is confirmed.
No. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds and then ships on the normal schedule, within 2 business days and usually within 24 hours (weekends excluded). The repayment schedule runs in the background between you and the provider, and it has no effect on dispatch or delivery.
Approval and the amount available to you are the provider's decision, not ours, and we are not told the reason. If an option is unavailable you can go back and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or fee-free PayID / Osko bank transfer. Nothing is charged and no stock is lost while you decide, because your order is held for 24 hours from the moment you place it.
We never see your card or account numbers, and we never see your repayment schedule or the limit on your account. Those stay with the provider. We do receive the name, phone number and delivery address you enter on the payment page, because that is what your parcel is addressed from, along with confirmation that the payment succeeded.
