These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peptides Direct website and your purchase of products from Polaris Research (Polaris Research). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this website and purchase our products. By using our site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Our products are sold for personal wellness purposes. They are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health practitioner before starting any new supplement regimen.

You may browse and checkout as a guest. If we offer customer accounts in future, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, and to update it as needed.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, batch information, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) details are accurate. Minor variations in packaging or labelling that do not affect product quality or identity do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees, are not excluded or limited by these Terms. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

We accept payment by bank transfer only, settled via Osko / PayID as displayed at checkout.

• Bank Transfer (Osko / PayID) - after placing your order you will receive our receiving details and a payment reference. Orders are held until payment clears and dispatch occurs after funds are received.
• You are responsible for transferring the exact order total and quoting the payment reference so we can match your transfer to your order.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We may cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or is reversed.

We ship within Australia via Australia Post Express. Express shipping is included free Australia-wide on every order. Delivery is typically 1-3 business days after dispatch, but timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details, customs issues (for any future international shipping), or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information is provided by email once your order is dispatched. You can verify your batch and COA online at any time via our batch verification page.

Every product is accompanied by batch-specific documentation, including third-party testing via our verification partner. You may look up your batch online using the batch number on your vial.

If a product fails to match its published COA or description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Contact us at support@polarisresearch.com.au with your order number and batch details.

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is owned by or licensed to Polaris Research. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaris Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL or other applicable law.

Where our liability is not excluded, it is limited at our option to resupplying the relevant products or refunding the price paid for those products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the ACL or other legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

We will only send promotional emails where you have given express consent, in compliance with the Spam Act 2003. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe facility. Transactional emails related to your orders do not require separate marketing consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the federal courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting existing orders will not apply retroactively without your consent.
