Returns & refunds
Why we operate a no-returns, no-refunds policy - and the quality remedies that still apply.

1. No returns or refunds
Because of the nature of our products and the regulatory requirements that govern them, Peptides Direct operates a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy. These are temperature-sensitive compounds whose integrity, sterility, and chain of custody cannot be verified once an order has left our control, so we are unable to accept returned goods back into inventory or resell them.
Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind - including ordering the wrong product, quantity, or variant, or no longer wanting the item. Please review your cart carefully before paying.
2. Your non-excludable rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be waived - for example, that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.
If a product has a major failure under the ACL (for example, it is not of acceptable quality, or is materially different from its description or Certificate of Analysis), you remain entitled to a remedy as required by law. Our no-refund policy applies only where no such consumer guarantee has been breached.
3. Batch and COA quality issues
Every Peptides Direct product ships with a batch number linked to an independent Certificate of Analysis. You can verify your batch online at our batch verification page before opening the vial.
If you believe a product genuinely does not match its published COA or description, contact us - do not discard or use the product:
- Email support@polarisresearch.com.au with your order number, the batch number from your vial label, and a description (with photos where relevant).
- We will investigate against our retained batch records and third-party test reports.
- Where a genuine discrepancy is confirmed, we will provide a replacement from the same or an equivalent batch, or another remedy required by the ACL. We do not issue change-of-mind refunds.
4. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. Where we confirm a dispatch error or transit damage, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. This does not entitle you to a change-of-mind refund.
5. Exclusions
We are not able to offer a return, replacement, or refund where:
- You have changed your mind and no consumer guarantee has been breached.
- The product has been opened, reconstituted, or used (except where a consumer guarantee applies).
- The product was damaged by misuse, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery.
- Items were purchased through unauthorised resellers.
