We share personal information with trusted providers who assist us in operating our business. They may only use your data to perform services on our behalf:

6. Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve our website. Our analytics does not track individuals across websites and does not collect personal information for advertising profiles.
If we ever introduce analytics tools that set advertising or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and request your consent before those tools are activated, in line with Australian privacy best practice.
Essential cookies or local storage may be used for site functionality (for example, age verification preference, theme selection, or cookie notice dismissal).
7. Storage and security
We retain order and customer records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, meet Australian tax and accounting obligations (generally seven years for tax records), and resolve disputes.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We do not collect or store card details - payments are made by direct bank transfer (Osko / PayID) from within your own bank.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
