Tesamorelin, also written tesamorelin acetate, is a stabilised growth-hormone-releasing-hormone (GHRH) analogue studied for the GH/IGF-1 axis, visceral-adiposity, and metabolic pathway research. It is a synthetic analogue of the natural GHRH sequence, modified for stability, and is studied for how sustained GHRH-analogue signalling influences the growth-hormone axis in preclinical models. The 10mg vial is the standard reference format. In preclinical and in-vitro research, tesamorelin is investigated for GHRH-receptor engagement and the downstream GH/IGF-1 signalling associated with it, with particular research interest in visceral-adiposity and metabolic models. Its stabilised GHRH structure is the defining research characteristic that distinguishes it from the native hormone.Tesamorelin sits in the same GHRH-analogue family as CJC-1295; researchers comparing GH-axis approaches often study them together, and our CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend pairs a GHRH analogue with a secretagogue for combination work. Our Art of Pairing library guide covers the rationale. The single-compound 10mg vial here is the clean reference for tesamorelin on its own.Every 10mg vial ships lyophilised with an independently verified batch certificate at a guaranteed floor of ≥98% purity, verifiable on the batch verification page using the batch number on the label. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water: add it slowly down the inside wall of the vial, swirl gently, and never shake. Store the unopened vial at 2 to 8°C; refrigerate once reconstituted and do not refreeze.
